VBASourceCompile Solomon.ini property in SL 2018

Hello, we were having issues with customizations upgraded to SL 2018 until we removed from solomon.ini the [Customization] section properties VBASourceCompile and VBASourceSave. After doing this a few users, not everyone, will get a 20406 Error Loading VBA project errors in customized screens when launched. SYSDAMIN never gets this error at all.

My question is if property VBASourceCompile is supported in SL 2018? The System Manager manual doesn't include this property as an option for the [Customization] section, only ExportVBASource and SaveVBASource.
