Hello Community.

I have the following message "No Records Found" - 0 Avaiable.

The escenario:  There is a business process Flow compound of 3 entities:  Custom Entity A, Custom Entity B, and a Case.

--The BPF has 3 stages for every entity respectively.

--When the user clicks on "Next Stage" in the first stage, we expect that the system creates automatically a record of "Custom Entity B" and links it with the Entiy A.

But, it doesn´t happen, instead a message show:  "No Records Found" - 0 Avaiable.

Customization:

Custom Entity B:  Has a Lookup Field (N:1) to Entity A.

In the "Stage" step: The relantionship is set.

Please your kind help. I expect, the next stage, creates the record automatically, as it happens with the OOB "Lead to Opportunity".

Thank you.

    Hi Roxana,

The reason "No Records Found" message appear is that relationships is not 1:N between these two entities.

you can refer following link to know:

    https://www.itaintboring.com/dynamics-crm/entity-relationships-in-the-business-process-flows/

For example, Account and Contact entity is 1:N relationship, you can see following:

So you need check relationship between entities, if possible, could you please screenshots with English language.

    Hi Leah Ju..

Thank you for your kind reply.

The relationship is set between Entity A (Stage 1) and Entity B (Stage 2), but what I wanted to get is:

When the Stage 1 is finished and passed to Stage 2, I expected the new record of Entity B, opens without the need to clicking "Create New Record".. as it happens in the process from Lead to Opportunity.

I have gotten something similar, is creating vía WorkFlow the "Record Entity B", after creation of Entity A.

So the user, selects "the new record" instead of clicking in "New Record".

But I still have in mind to create BP as OOB "Lead to Opportunity".

    The problem is that:

I don´t want the user clicks on the "existing record" (created automatically by the workflow).

    The expected:

I want this BPF works as "OOB Lead to Opportunity", that from the Lead form,  the opportunity forms opens automatically, without the user´s action: To click to create or select an opportunity.

    Thank you".

    Hi Roxana,

Unfortunately, you can’t open opportunity form in lead form without creating or selecting records.

    Hi Leah.

The effect of creating records automatically without: Selecting or Clicking in the New Button, from Lead to Opportunity it is possible, thanks to the `Settings/Sales` in Advanced Configuration option.

    pastedimage1599490956325v1.png

On the other hand, the effect of `No selecting or clicking on the new button`, I achieved, in the following scenario:

`The beginning entity of the process can be called in any stage, and in this scenario, it is not asked to select the record or create a new record'.

    Thank you!
