Are there any benefits to moving unrecoverable workflows to "Cancelled" status?

Posted on by 20
We are currently reviewing our workflow history and noted the feature to move unrecoverable workflows to /cancelled/ status.

Is there any benefit to doing this? From what I can see you are unable to delete or do anything with /cancelled/ workflows anyway, so does this actually serve any purpose?

Thanks.

@waed Thank you for your reply, however I am specifically referring to the "Cancel unrecoverable workflows" feature.
We already have the feature relating to free text invoices enabled.

However the "cancelled" status and the "unrecoverable" status seem to both allow no action to be taken.
So is there any benefit to recalling our "unrecoverable" workflows?

    Hi,

"With this option also the unrecoverable workflows for free text invoices can be recalled to start the workflow process again from the beginning"

You can refer to this document for more information about it:

    Thanks,
