MS will announce after release of OS10 only, I guess
Windows 10 has not been released yet, so there is no way an official announcement has been made for now.
The best you can do today is just guess :) If you need certainty you will have to wait until the OS is released and Microsoft gives answer to your question themselves.
Haven't tried it yet, but I think you can run it in windows 10 without any problem.
Still Microsoft has not updated their site with Windows 10.

there is no such announcement.
Microsoft will test and release a notification which versions are supported in latest OS.
I did not try but i think yes it can be run, we just need to make sure all the other pre-requisite components are installed.
