    Hi!

    I don't now any possibility to disable multiple login.

    To manage session timeout - open Dynamics NAV 2016 Administration and change values on your NAV Instance "Idle Client Timeout" (Client Tab) and "Close inactive SQL connections in generation" (Database Tab)

    I think we need some more info :-)

    Could you try to describe the scenario in more detail?

    How to prevent multiple login in NAV 2016:

    Once End user opened his NAV Client and then it again click on 'NAV 2016' ICON a new session gets opened for the same user..

    So a single user use more than one license.

    Remove idle or inactive users:

    When users are not working for very long time still their login remains connected.

    You can remove sessions like this

    www.olofsimren.com/kill-sessions-in-dynamics-nav

    Check user login, you coukd do something like this in Codeunit 40

    ActiveSession.SETFILTER("User ID",USERID);

    ActiveSession.FIND('-');

    IF ActiveSession.COUNT()>2 THEN BEGIN

     ERROR('Only one login :-)');

    END;

    Dear Ashish,

    The Idle session restriction is available in standard NAV.

    Use fields Idle Client Timeout & Keep Alive Interval in Client Services of Instance by which you are logged in NAV Administration Console.

    For multiple login restriction you need to write a code.

    Explore Login Management codeunit.

    I experienced this when one of my Client asked this for One Click.
