Management Reporter generating a blank report

Hello guys,

So we installed Management reporter 2012 CU15 on our server with our AX 2012 R3 CU12 setup and when we go to generate a report we get an error that says:

What will we need to do to be able to setup reports to run correctly through here? I read a post earlier about rebuilding the data mart (which I did) and that did not fix the problem. Any suggestions?

Hi Ryan,

When you created the new data mart, did you also enable the integration? Can you check if the integration is running correctly?

That was the answer on the first question. Can you check if the integration is actually working and doesn't raise any errors?

Hi Ryan,

Check the Connections - whether MR is connected to the correct server or not.

As Andre said, check Integrations is working without any errors.

Hi Ryan,

Do you actually have posted transactions in AX for the period for which you run the report?

Can you probably test this by adding a row for an account where you are sure that something is posted?
