How many records can we display on AXReportViewer using SSRS Report

Hello All,

Currently, I am facing an issue with AX SSRS Report and Report can't able to display 2 Lakhs record in one single page.( I changed few properties in design level to display all data in one single page and working fine).

Could anyone can tell me How many records we see in one single page like excel (in 2016 we can load 1048576 rows)?

    There is no limit for the number of rows in SSRS, it only depends how much your hardware can handle at the same time - memory constraint.

    AX Report viewer has nothing to do with this, other than rendering the report for you similar like if you would have opened it through the native http/web interface that SSRS provides.

    You can enforce a limit to the number of records per page if you want, but it is a workaround:

    Thanks for you reply, we cleared cache and temp files and modified design properties to display data with page break option because report controls is Matrix.
