How to remove UTC time stamp on all outgoing appointments

I have been using Dynamics CRM for some time and when making an appointment with a customer it always stamps it with a UTC time stamp. It migrates into their calendar at the correct time and shows as the correct time on my outlook calendar but the customer receives the below and it can be a little confusing and look unprofessional. How do you remove this UTC time stamp? Dynamics, Outlook and the tablet are set to the correct Time Zone, so why does it continue to add a UTC time stamp on all outgoing appointments? I have used many CRM platforms and have never had this issue.
