Getting Prerequistite Error while installing AX 2012 CU13, Checking for the existence of the service 'MSSQLFDLauncher' on the machine 'UAT-AOS'

Hi,

While installin ax 2012 r3,Database component,Prerequiste level error fails.DB is another box,AOS in another box.

SQL Server Full-text Filter Daemon Launcher service prerequisite error

Log of error is

Checking for the existence of the service 'MSSQLFDLauncher' on the machine 'UAT-AOS'

Cannot open Service Control Manager on computer 'UAT-AOS'. This operation might require other privileges.

    So do you have full text search enabled ? If not run SQL server install and add this feature.

    Hi,

    Full text search is already installed with sql setup.service is running at DB box.But while connecting with AOS box ,this prerequisite error I am getting while installing.

    Is that Firewall(DB Box) is on,that may be issue.
