"Recall timesheet" menu option greyed out

Hi there,
 
We've noticed that the /Recall timesheet/ menu option is greyed out for all users, whether the timesheet has been approved or not:

 
The workflow can be recalled but not through that option.
 
Strange thing though, I am sys admin in the system and that option is greyed out for me on my own timesheet as shown above, BUT it's available for me on a different user's timesheet after it's been approved.
 
 
 
General users in the system do not have this option available at any stage after creation of the timesheet.
Anyone have any ideas?

    Hi Nicky,

    I don't have the Recall timesheet option directly on the timesheets page in my environment. Is this a customization? If so, check with the developer the logic of when the field is enabled and what security permission is required.

    Thank you Andre, I saw another post on this forum with a screenshot of the same screen with the Recall option, so I thought it was standard MS functionality. Turns out it's part of our partner's product. So not a customization but also not standard. I will follow up with them.
