PO to Vendor thru email

We have created PO for the vendor and would like to email it to vendor.

However our NAV implementor is insisting that, as per MS, you must have Outlook account to send the PO.

We are working on Lotus email?

Is it mandatory for all MS product users to move to outlook mail?

    Hello Sir,

    As per my knowledge if your SMTP Address & ports are properly entered in SMTP Setup, you can send the Email.
