I have a customized form , I need to create mobile app based on it , when I select the option select fields the grid fields are not included as part of the fields that can be selected , what is the missing , what should I do to be able to select these fields in the mobile app ?

Would be nice if you cold share more details. Mae sure what ever form you are using its having a link in menus.
Btw, adding fields in unified mobile app are pretty straight forward. Check this link which also contain some tutorial videos.

Which exact version are you using? What tooling are you using to create the mobile app? Can you possibly send some screenshot to illustrate your issue?
