SSRS Deployment Error

i am trying to Deploy the Report in AOT and Visual Studio i am getting this Error.

"The security group Administrators contains a member that is causing the following error : An error (1332) occurred while enumerating the group membership.  The member's SID could not be resolved.."

"The deployment was aborted. You do not have privileges to deploy to server: erp. For deployment, you must have administrative rights to the SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) server. Contact your administrator to deploy."

    Try to reassign the account you use to the local administrator group on the SSRS machine. Also check if the same account is an admin in SSRS by using:

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../ms253091%28VS.80%29.aspx;MSPPError=-2147217396

    Ran into similar issue and below change fixed my issue:

    I was administrator through a domain group, on the machine where I was trying to deploy reports. I exclusively added myself as administrator and the issue got resolved and the report deployed successfully.

    Suspecting the domain group, which I was part of, might have add other members who no longer have accounts in the domain controller. When AX tries to resolves for admin privileges of the deploying user, system fails due to this orphaned account, causing the deployment to fail. Just a suspicion.

    Ensure that the userid which you are using has admin rights on reporting server and also do ensure that you have chosen the option "Run as Administrator" when starting Visual Studio.

    you need "Run as Administrator" to deploy report event at AX client or Visual studio.

    Hi Pamidi,

    Try to deploy Reports using Service Account Which is having Full administrative rights :)
