Create an Accounts Payable invoice list

Hi all,

Sorry I am new to this and it may be a silly question which has a simple straightforward answer. I was wondering if someone could help me identify the tables in Microsoft D365’s SQL database that can be joined to produce a table that contain the following fields.

 

Company Code

Document Number

Document type

GL account

GL amount

Tax amount

Currency

Tax code

Cost centre

Posting date

Document date

Invoice number

Invoice date

Vendor number

Vendor name

Vendor location

Description of expense

    Tables related to your lists are:
     
    GeneralJournalEntry
    GeneralJournalAccountEntry
    TaxTrans
    TaxTransGeneralJournalAccountEntry
    VendTrans
    VendInvoiceJournal
    VendInvoiceTrans
     
    In general, date fields and the voucher are the link between the tables.
