intercomany posting automation

I have two legal entities- A and B defined as intercompany.

I want to create a SO in company A and automatically PO should be created in Company B.

I post packing slip in company A  for the SO and automatically Product receipt created in company B

I post sales invoice in company A  for the SO and automatically- vendor invoice posted in company B.

How can I achieve this.
