Cost rounding to 2 decimal places even though precision set to 4 globally.

When I enter a cost of .1999 for a bulk item we sell, it sets the cost to .2000.

Why?

How can I fix?

    Well, after I changed it from System Settings | General tab, I guess it took a few refreshes and some time but it started working.

    Hi crham,

    Yes, neither modifying Decimals Supported in the product details nor modifying Priced Decimal Precision in the system settings will work for the cost.

    So, I think a change should be made in the personal settings to make the precision effective:
    1.Open the personal setting in the upper right corner in the advanced settings:

    2.Select your default currency and click it.

    3.Change Currency Precision from 2 to 4.

    Refresh several times and try again:
