Booking / time approval

Hi,

From a management perspective Im looking for some kind of module to approve the bookings that the technician have created. Does this exist?

I imagine a visual calendar or some kind of view where i can see all the bookings created by all technicians and somehow approve the bookings so we can pay their salary based on the bookings. Or we can change the booking (Booking journal) if they have made some kind of error.

    It would be helpful to understand the full process. Tech creates the booking, manager should approve it, what happens after that? Which system creates payments based on which booking details?

    What about adding a booking status "Completed - approved" and let the manager do that change from the schedule board? You could also prevent the tech from self-approving a booking by adding a rule in the mobile app.

    Are you actually approving the booking or just the reported time? In the latter case, have you looked at the recently introduced time entry capability?

    There is (maybe) allready some options. However im missing the CC_TimeEntryGrid??
