Can an e-mail with multiple attachments be attached to a journal into D365 FO?

Hi there,
 
My client has a requirement to attach an e-mail from Outlook.
Inside that e-mail there are over 20 different attachments, and instead of downloading those attachments and uploading them into D365 one by one, they want to know whether the e-mail with all its correspondence and attachments can be attached into D365 journal.

    The file type ''EML'' wasn't created in the document management parameters.
    Once I created it and attached the e-mail to the GJ, it worked.

    All document types are already enabled. Still, it doesn't work. Same error message.
     
    The file type is eml. 
     
    I'm saving the outlook e-mail in 'Save As'. Am I following the right steps?

    It means that you don't have this file type enabled in Organization administration > Document management > Document management parameters.

    Hi,
     
    Yes, this is possible, copy the email from outlook, save as attachment in local file/folder, in D365 you can attach as normal, it will work,
