Creating email nofications

Hi,

Is there a way I can create email notifications when Purchase Order gets received but only sends email notification to the person who raised the Purchase Order. I have looked at creating a custom alert but I can't find option to email only the person who raised the Purchase Order in the first place.

Hi,

One option will be creating custom alert - You already tried that, and you need option to set the email recipients to person who raised the purchase order.

In that case it would require a customization.

Hi, As others mentioned, it can be handled in Power Automate. In case, you can't use power platform then check below articles to create customization to send email.
