Any recommendations, process,es or correct methods for migrating our Dynamics CRM 2016 on-premise into Dynamics 365 online?
We migrated CRM 2011 on-premise to Dynamics online v9.2 recently. You have to contact MS. They run the process called "LCS process" which migrates on-premise to Dynamics online. All you have to do is to provide the database backup, your users list, and few other things etc.
