Can not click on Mailbox lookup field in User Form

Dear All,

I have an issue when trying to click on Mailbox lookup field to open the mailbox form, but unfortunately I can NOT click on the mailbox field although I have system administrator role, please refer my attached file

Do you have any suggestions? I although checked web resource and there is no code to lock the mailbox field.

Hi partner,

Unfortunately,This is by design.

We could only open this mailbox record in legacy app.

But if in UCI, it is not supported because as we konw, UCI and legacy app have different UI framework and the mailbox only support the legacy app UI.
