One appointment view source different entities

Hello together,

we have the challange actually that we want to create one view, where we can see all appointments, which are regarding to one global customer (customized entity).

Advanced Find should be like this, but because I want to have information from differet entities it isn't possible to make a "or" connection. So the result of this view is always 0.

But Somehow the system knows, if there is an appointment linked to an opportunity, and this opportunity is linked to an contact and account, I can see the appointment in all three entities in the timeline. So somehow there must be a connection.

My idea is now, to use this connection, to change my advanced view, that I can see all appointments, regarding: account, contact or opportunity.

But I have no idea how to do this.

Or if there is another or better solution, I'm also happy about this.

I really hope someone can help me here.

Many Thanks and Best regards

Patrik

    Hi Patrik,

As per my understanding, you have a lookup of a global customer on Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunity Entities and you want to fetch all appointments regarding the specific global customer which is available on the above-mentioned entities. Is it possible to set the global customer directly in the regarding the field of the appointments and you can add the columns(fields) of the Accounts, Contacts, or Opportunities from the edit column of the advanced find.

    Hope this helps!
