Management Reporter Viewer Role

Hi there,

I am trying to give a user with MR role as Viewer.

I followed below link, but I couldn't find the privilege (LedgerViewFinancialStatement)

can you please guide me the role name or the privilege to be assigned, so that the user in only Viewer in MR.

    In ax2012 r3, MR role of viewer has nothing in it. When the role is created it will work but it will give message No sufficient Access/Data.

    On the contrary, if generator role is created and assigned to a user, it has a limited access only to generate report.

    We have assigned generator role to our users.

    Hi Ahmed,

    Indeed. If you have checked all integrations for errors and there is none, you might be able to review the exact naming of the privilege and the MR license. If the license is not recognized, there are only a limited number of users synchronized.

    If you mean the integration job in the configuration console it's working fine , should I check another thing ?

    Did you verify if the sync job was already run and if it doesn't give any errors?

    thank you for your reply , I tried to add it empty but it didn't affect in the management reporter

    Hi Ahmed,

    The privilege may be empty. Management reporter is checking the privilege name only.

    After Creating a privilege with the legder view financial statement , what should be included inside this privilege in order to work successfully

    Hi Maahi,

    As mentioned in the post, you have to create the privilege with the name 'LedgerViewFinancialStatement' yourself and add it to a duty or role.

    Have you tried the SysUserInfoMaintain privilege?

    But I am not trying it for D365FO, i need this in AX2012.
