UNABLE TO DO PACKING SLIP /AX 2009

Hi All,

I am getting an error message that item is out of stock whereas that's not an issue, there are sufficient oh-hand inventory in the respective warehouse. Item is showing in available physical also but still AX 2009 doesn't allows to do packing slip. Please suggest what I am missing.

Check to see if there are any reservations or inventory markings for that item against other sales orders or productions.

If found, determine if it's OK (ask who might be responsible for reserve), then remove the reservation.

Also, if item is batch or serialized, check that the correct number/s are assigned.

Hello Vinay Raman,

Thanks for sharing the screen shot.

However; I asked for sharing the item on hand screen shot also to see the current physical available quantity of the item based on the Site, Warehouse and Location id.

Now can you please re-check if physical quantity is available in the same site, warehouse and location as it showcased in the screenshot or not?

Hi Vinay,

The error message tells you that there is zero available on-hand. So, I would expect the error is correct unless you can check the on-hand form and see that there is actually on-hand.

Also share the screen shot of the on hand details of the item to see the current status.
