Twitter channel in Microsoft Dynamics CE on Omnichannel

Hello Microsoft Community,

I'm currently facing a challenge while setting up a Twitter channel in Microsoft Dynamics CE on Omnichannel. The issue is that I cannot see Twitter on the list of channels available for configuration.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, and if so, how did you resolve it? Is there a specific step or configuration that I might be missing? Any guidance or insights would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Partner,
    It seems that the twitter option in the channel was removed in the ongoing version updates.
    Perhaps you could look into custom messaging channel to see if it can be integrated with twitter:
