Can i do grouping in Nav 15 reports while using word layout. can i put filter same way i put in rdlc layout .

There is no provision to add group/filter/visible conditions in word layout level as like RDLC. we need to define in Navision level only.

It is not possible using Word Layout. This is one of the main limitations. If you need it, you have to use RDLC.
It is not possible with the NAVWordXMLMerger AddIn. But if you use the standard Word custom xml parts, instead, you can use nested repeating secion content controls without any problems. (see https://massivedynamicsblog.wordpress.com/2016/09/08/wordlayout-revisited/, e. g.)
