The record you are looking for couldn't be found

Posted on by 412

I created an Entity Form that should display the Account Web Form (Tab) on the Portal, however, the following error is showing up:

I checked the Entity Permissions and that the Entity Permissions is enabled and all seems to be fine.

However, on the editor, the Tab is showing fine:

Does anyone have an idea please? Has anyone ever encountered this?

Thank you.

    Hey Pranjali!

Thank you for the reply. However, the Form Mode is edit and the Query String is also set to "id". What I am not seeing however, is the "id=00..etc" on the URL. Do you have any suggestions please?

Also, I have reconfigured everything from scratch and enabled the SharePoint integration again for document management and now it's showing an error message in the Editor too.

    Hello,

You may have missed to pass the query id parameter.

When the Entity Form mode is edit/read-only you need to pass the query string [GUID of the target record] and set the parameter as 'id'
