one of the developer is having access to few orgs in the plugin Registration Tool with ABC domain account. The same developer is able to see the complete list of orgs with the XYZ domain account.

the issue is on the Database side the two accounts are having different permissions. once the permissions are matching the orgs will be displayed in the plug-in registration tool.

Hello there, please let us know the results of the test suggested in the other response. If this is still happening, you could try the same from another computer. Also, it could be that the account xyz doesn't have the same access than the ABC account. you can test this easily by trying to access with some of the missing orgs using the account that is not listing the orgs.

Do you think any problem with the roles of the ABC account for Dynamics?
It might be a cache issue.
