How to update Portals solutions now that Dynamics 365 Admin Center has been deprecated?

Hi all and thanks for the help in advance!

According to Microsoft documentation https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/admin/upgrade-portal

Portals solutions should be still updated by customers themselves from the Dynamics 365 Admin Center page.

Every piece of documentation seems to still refer to Dynamics 365 Admin Center despite the fact that it has been deprecated for months now and can't be accessed anymore.

See for example: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3192042/how-to-upgrade-the-solutions-for-a-microsoft-dynamics-crm-portals-depl

Have you found any way to update Portals solutions through Power Platfrom Admin Center etc.?

I think I have checked every possible place without luck.

Thanks!

-Kim

    Dear Partner,

    Please try the approach below

    1. Navigate to our main app page: admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/.../applications

2, Select the application you’d like to install/update:

    Hi Kim,

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/admin/power-platform-admin-center#update-the-power-apps-portal-solution

Update the Power Apps portal solution

You can use the Power Platform admin center to update your Power Apps portal solution.

     Important

When changing Dynamics 365 Instance for your portal, ensure the new instance is from the same region as the current instance. Changing the Dynamics 365 Instance for Power Apps portals across regions isn't supported.

    1. Select Manage to manage your portal by using one of the methods explained earlier in this article.

    2. In the left pane, select Manage Dynamics 365 Instance.

    3. Select Update Dynamics 365 Instance.

    4. Select your existing instance and portal.

      pastedimage1603449273902v2.png

    5. Select OK.

    6. Select Submit to confirm.

      pastedimage1603449273903v3.png

You'll see a confirmation that the update request is in progress.

The update might take a while after you select Submit. More information: Upgrade a portal
