As mentioned by Andre, you should really update the system to a supported version. This way you will also get all latest hotfixes. So, getting the latest hotfixes (that you asked for) and updating the system to a supported version are actually the same thing.

Microsoft is only supporting the current version(s). CU9 was released 5 years ago. Currently, they are only maintaining CU13. If there is e.g. a hotfix available for CU12, then you can try to backport it, but you will regret that decision. There are too many dependencies between several objects which were also changed due to new features and fixes.

As we have lot of customization in AX 2012 r3 CU9. So, in this moment they are not ready to move on CU13. They told us to do in CU9 only.
if suppose any bugs will come, not possible to resolve through hotfixes ?

Hi Arpan,
In another thread, I already provided you a link with an important calendar update. I don't know if this is also suitable for CU9, but expect it is supported on the latest CU only, which is CU13. I would strongly recommend to go to this release as many hotfixes provided for CU10 and above are not available for CU9.

CU stands for Cumulative Update. Microsoft release individual hotfixes as needed, but from time to time, they pack them all together to a cumulative update.
Therefore if you want latest hotfixes, you should use the latest cumulative update plus hotfixes released after that. Asking for latest hotfixes but limiting yourself to a very old CU doesn't make a good sense. (Your question is about CU9 released five years ago.)
