To my knowledge, they are not available anymore. You have to go for certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Microsoft had a lot of certification related to AX 2012 but I think all of them are retired now. You may consider certifications for D365F&O instead of AX 2012. For D365FO check docs.microsoft.com/.../

If you are still running on AX2012 and need a certification for your auditors then reach out to your local MS office or the support team. In the past large auditing companies such as KPMG tested and certified the software to ensure that it is in line with GAAP rules. Whether those certificates apply to your system version and country/region context depends however. Therefore, I would suggest to reach out to MS if needed urgently.
