Setting up automatic appointment reminders sending to customers

Hello,
I feel like this is a super basic thing to do but I cannot figure out how to do it. I want to set up automatic appointment reminders in text messaging and email. I have tried to set up the following flow. Does anyone have any experience with this?

    I don't see the flow you created, could you edit the post to re-add it?
     
    After an appointment record is created and saved in CRM, an email is sent to the attendees in the Required field.

    Apologies. I should have said this is for the field service module.

    What i need to happen is everytime there is a work order created it sends an email to the customer. I work with flows all the time but I am having trouble understanding the dataverse. I feel like I am close to a solution but I cant figure out where I am missing it.

    In the second step in the flow, it should be equal to the value of the option.

    The steps are as follows.
    Go to the Work Order table in the Power Apps portal.

     
    Edit the System Staus column, entering the edit interface and clicking Edit Choice.
