How can I fixed the bad records in HITB report

Dear All,

There are several items on our Historical Inventory Trial Balance Report ( HITB) that show negative / positive quantities on hand with a cost and some where show O quantity zero with a cost. However the Item Stock and Item Quantity inquiries show zero quantity on hand. I believe the HITB is incorrect. Can anyone please guide me on this.
