Deep linking in the email body

Following the post that was helping us create an email notification on the new note created https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/p/291228/836120, as a next step I was thinking of maybe adding the deep link in the email body that will open the related record in dynamics 365 mobile app.

Now there is probably more than one way to do this but I have decided to go with the msdyncrm Workflow Tools solution that creates the deep link out of the Dynamic URL.

At this point the deep link works fine if the email is open from the iPhone native email client but the outlook is seeing it only as text.

I have also tried to create a hyperlink from the email but that didn't work.

Any idea?

Hi,

Do you mean that when you add the dynamics url, it is not appearing as a link in email body?

It does, and the dynamic link is clickable, but if I try to use the deep link (that will open the app) it comes back as a text only if I open that email in MS Outlook - but works fine when open from IPhone native email client.
