Hi Batuhan,
If you have the latest available app for your iPhone, you should create an incident for Microsoft support.
Hi all,
There is a new version (3.4) of the iPhone app available. You can download it and see if it works for you: itunes.apple.com/.../id663448683
This should solve the login connection problems with iOS 9.1.
Apple released a new version of iOS. Also with this operating system the issue remains. Also my customer created a support incident. Microsoft is aware of multiple customers having this issue. Also they were possible to reproduce the issue. They are working towards a solution now. There is no confirmed release date as of today, but it should be part of a new release in iTunes.
Hello Anja,
Not yet, still on the same page, we have logged ticket in with Microsoft Support. I would suggest to create a ticket with Microsoft Support if possible, since its very critical for all of us now.
Hi
Did you get a resolution to this problem?
We have the same issue.
Best regards
Anja
Hello Andre,
Microsoft Dynamics AX App version (3.3) for iOS 9.1 is not working. However Same Microsoft Dynamics AX App version (3.3) for iOS 8 is working fine, so might be a case that Microsoft Dynamics AX App version (3.3) is not yet tested for iOS 9.1.
Hi Umesh,
We found out that the latest version of the iPhone app is released at November 2 with version number 3.3.
Persons with an iPhone 5S and iOS 9.1 do have an issue with this 3.3 version.
Some users did not update to the latest version and are running version 3.2. This 3.2 version is working without issues.
Also another person tested with an iPhone 6, iOS9.1 and the AX app version 3.3. This combination is not working. My customer will probably also create an incident.
Hi,
Thanks René for your contribution. At the customer we now also found some users which are not able to login with an iPhone 5S. Some others can actually do it with the iPhone 5S (iOS 9.1).
The phones should be the same, but some are giving an error. I could trace that there are no connections made with the AX timesheet service when the app is raising an error.
Also very interesting is that there is no login attempt logged for these attempts on the AD FS server.
So it could be related to a certificate trust issue...? It looks like for some reason the app cannot reach the AD FS server.
Hi Andre, Yes its iOS 9.1
