Purchase requisition workflow - Stopped (error):

Hi

The PR workflow is erroring out without giving an error message. The workflows are setup based on department dimension. While the rest of the PR workflow is processing without any errors, there is one particular workflow which is stopping without giving an error message [Stopped (error):]

1. I checked the workflow - there was no issue. I created a new workflow (since I felt the original workflow may be broken), the new workflow also is giving the same error.

2. Recently there was a new code deployment in production. But this must have affected all the workflows. However, all the other workflows are working fine but this. 

Any thoughts?

    Maybe there was something included that has been overlooked?

    Hi Harsha,

    This is hard to answer from here, since you already sensed this might have affected by the code/ custom code.

    I suggest to check with one developer and debug this to get the root cause.

    Was the new code related to the workflow or purchase requisition? What other workflow are you referencing to which are working? Non PR related or older instances of the PR workflow?

    Hi Everyone

    It appears that there was a code deployment around PR functionality. However, I am not sure why one set of PRs were affected.

    Anyways, I asked the users to delete those PRs and create new ones. This has worked and workflow is working correctly now.
