Hi.. Are we allowed to file ICS files on the #Track my tech portal so that customers can add the booking as a calendar event.
Currently that is not an available feature OOTB. You could file a request via Ideas portal for Field Service: experience.dynamics.com/.../
One potential avenue to explore is to customize the Power Automate Cloud flow which generates the email reminder messages to include an ICS file.
