No record found.
Hello All,
I have a custom form with grid. when i am creating new record on form by clicking new button(form new button not grid new button) , this grid rows remains same what i have added in last form record. grid should come empty with no row so user can add rows according to the respected record.
How i can make this grid empty , when creating a new form record , please advise. i guess there is some property need to be set for this.
Here is my grid below
Hi Sachin,
Is this a form with header and lines? What I mean by that is if you have a parent table in the form and a child table which is being displayed in the "Item details" grid?
Hello , Thanks for looking into this issue ,
Yes this form have header and line tables , exactly i have a parent table and this child table which gets data from this grid.
Do you have a Delayed link between those data sources?
Hello Martin , Thanks for the response. The only link i have relation between these two table.
Issue has been solved finally , i delete the existing relation and child table records and recreate the relation and compile with DB sync. and it worked fortunately.
Gunjan Bhattachayya and goshoom , Thank you so much for your time to look into this issue.
You will still need a link between the data sources in the form, in case you haven't done that. You can check SalesTable form as an example where SalesLine data source is linked to SalesTable.
Gunjan Bhattachayya , Thanks for the suggestion. I have done that.
