Unable to Reactivate Sales Process

Hello,

I'm trying to reactivate a Sales Process as a member of the team has pushed it all the way to 'Finished' - This would allow me to then restart the Sales Process.

I'm receiving the following Error Code;

Exception Message: Validation error: Stage ID ‘1bb4512b-5e36-4363-af87-ca20a94f2724’ is not present in Business Process. Please contact your system administrator.

    Hi JPFRA

    There may be more causes but as per my understanding there is a plugin written on one of the below messages:

    1. Update
    2. SetStaate
    3. SetStateDynamicEntity

    you need to update the stage from there. You can use the plugin registration tool to check the steps written on this table.

    Thank you for responding.

    Please could you explain how I should go about customizing it again for a successful reactivation. Are you suggesting that I completely reconfigure and start again with the Business Process?

    It seems your environment is customized and the stage is which is injected in reactivation no longer exists. If that is the case then customize it again for a successful reactivation.
