Why does drill down in top opportunities under dashboard isn't showing any result ???

I created a chart exactly like "Top Opportunities", the new chart can be drilled down. So this may be a limitation of the OOTB "Top Opportunities" chart.
The solution is that we create a new chart to replace the "Top Opportunities" chart in the dashboard.
Go to Customizations, expand Entities > Opportunity > Charts, new a chart.
Select Est. Revenue for Legend Entries (Series), then Max, Bar. Then click Custom, enter 10.
Select Topic for Horizontal (Category) Axis Labels.
Save the chart. Publish all customizations.
Then in the Customizations, go to Dashboards, find Sales Activity Social Dashboard and edit it.
Edit component for "Top Opportunities" chart, change the default chart to the new chart.
Save and publish.
