Export/Backup of created guides

Hi everybody,

is there a chance to do an export or backup of the created guides? I checked the PC&HOLOLENS app and the admin center, but the only option I found, was to do a copy.

In my case the Guides preview will exeed and it was just a test user. So when ordering the full version, I fear that my created guides will no longer be available.

    Hi alfere2 - you can get a trial license for Guides GA that will help you extend use of your existing tenant (and content). That way you don’t have to copy content over.

    Step 1: Update the apps

    Update the Dynamics 365 Guides PC and HoloLens apps to the latest versions available in the Microsoft Store.

    Step 2: Get the latest Dynamics 365 Guides solution

    Go to the Dynamics 365 Administration Center and sign in with the user credentials that have admin permissions for Dynamics 365 Guides.

    Note:

    To go to the Dynamics 365 Administration Center, go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and then select Admin centers > Dynamics 365 as shown below.

    Select the Instances tab, and then choose an instance that has the Dynamics 365 Guides Preview solution installed.

    Select the small edit button next to Solutions to see the list of solutions.

    In the list of solutions, select Dynamics 365 Guides, and then select Install. This will install the GA version of the solution and remove the preview solution.

    Note:

    The Dynamics 365 Guides (Preview) solution is being delisted and is no longer available for update or installation.

    Review the Terms of Service, and then select Accept if you're ready to start the upgrade. The status of the solution changes to Installation pending and then changes to Installing when the transition is complete.
