Actuals are zero

Hi Team,

Me and my team are completely perplexed on trying to identify why is it that our Actuals are coming up zero when we have roles defined with prices, we have Sales Price and Cost Price associated as well.

We have no idea why are we still getting zero for our Actuals. Can someone give us ideas or a check-list which we could use to validate?

Hi Crave,

You need to look at your processes to identify which process is creating actuals and then you have to update the process to include the amounts.
