I have installed Hubdrive HR in testdrive environment but I am not able to see the data which is in dynamics 365 HR in the Talent instance .
Can anyone tell me how to do so ??

Did you mean you have installed Hubdrive HR(ISV) solution in Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics 365 HR? The subject makes it confusing because Dynamics 365 HR is the new name without Attract & Onboard and Previously It was Dynamics 365 Talent.
Can you please describe with more details?
For example. Which are the source and destination systems.?
Did you install Hubdrive HR(ISV) on which technology D365 HR or D365 F&O?
Where you are not able to see data?
