Hi folks,
Can anyone provide guidance on how a company logo can appear in a customer's inbox when we send marketing emails? Is this set up in Dynamics 365?
I am referring to when a customer look in their inbox not the actual email.
This article mentions 'Domain-based Message Authentication' - is this something controlled in D365. https://9to5google.com/2021/07/12/gmail-company-logos/
Thank you,
Graham
Hi,
1.
Whether a company logo can appear in customer’s inbox depends on the Email product.
To outlook, there is no way to add the logo to customer’s inbox.

Other products like Gmail have the possibility. The following link may help you.

2.
The “Domain-based Message Authentication” is a policy and reporting protocol for email authentication, it is not controlled in D365.
