We have successfully integrate our Phone-System to dynamics 365. So every time a costumer is calling a call-activity is created.
Is there a way, that there is popup everytime a call is incoming? In this popup you should be able to write down notes while your are phoning.
Is Dynamics supporting this feature?

Yeah, It's possible. it's not an OOB feature. I have implemented it in my project. I have created the phone call activity and open the pop-up for both incoming calls and outgoing calls. We have integrated our Cisco Phone-System to dynamics 365 CE Online. For incoming calls, we are using the window navigation rules to achieve this. for the outgoing calls we are invoking our phone system API by clicking on the dial a click button.
You might want to take a look at some of the existing CTI solutions from market place.
They offer features like popping up the contact information when call is received, taking call notes simultaneously during the calls.
Please check if there is any solution available for your telephone system from dynamics market place.
