Excel dynamic Export missing data in columns CRM 2016

I have a client who exported contacts from an advanced find dynamically. It seems to be missing data from some of the columns, none of the data is appearing in Company (Account), Job Title, Address 1: City, Owner columns. there is definitely data in these fields. Any ideas?

    If you have already checked that CRM has data but excel does not and you have tried it yourself (not your client) then raise a ticket to Microsoft because there is nothing we could check if data is missing in the exported excel

    Thanks Prashant. Apologies, the data for the Email field is also missing. We have tried it on the client org with our own logins and we get the same result. We also tried on one of our internal orgs and we get a similar result apart from the Email data is being exported. it's quite strange! if there is nothing else you can think of that it could be the I think I will have to open a case with MS. Thank you for response
