I have a scenario to enable linking of Dynamics 365 records to a MS Teams channel on sales hub app so other users can collaborate on directly from a teams channel. Has anyone enable the Teams/D365 integration features for any clients and what has the feedback been? Also with some of the features like /Enable Microsoft Teams chats inside Dynamics 365 in (Preview) - is this likely to become GA?
