Security role for ledger calander

hello,

i have set a permission for users,unfortunately most users have access to change ledger calandar period status.I want all users not to change period status from open to on hold or vise versa except the system admin.could you please help.

    In standard AX only two roles have edit rights for this table. You can override table permissions for these two roles

    1) Accounting manager

    2) Accounting supervisor

    It can helpful if you can apply this field permission override on all roles, as system provides your ability to copy override permission across all roles on a single click. The reason to suggest this is; you may have customized roles.

    Hi Kalipso,

    Remove duty or privilege from user roles that's related to period change field, if i remember right - LedgerGeneralLedgerProcessEnable (Enable general ledger process) or LedgerCalendarsMaintain (Maintain ledger calendar periods).
