We would like to disable automatic replied for marketing emails sent from dynamics. We are sending a newsletter to all the staff and we are getting a lot of automatic replies in our functional inbox. Is there a way to disable receiving these automatic replies?

For incoming emails, it can be set in specific mailbox server or client by blocking individual email addresses or trying to get their IP address or domain off of a global spam blacklist, which cannot be set in the Dynamics 365.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, we still would like to receive replies in our functional mailbox, we just wanted to avoid the auto replies only.

Unfortunately, there is still no way to spam the automatic replies from the contacts.
However, a specific email address can be set as the receiver so that the automatic replies will be sent to the inbox of the address you set and your functional inbox will not be affected.
When you create an email in Marketing, switch to the Summary tab. Add the email address which is used to receive the replies from contacts.
This allows contacts who receive your emails to use the email address set above as the recipient when they click the reply button or auto-reply.
