LCS AOS Crash Dump Analysis discontinued?

I still see the tile on my Project screen and have uploaded several AOS crash dmp files (zipped of course) to the site and they are stuck in Uploading status.  If it has been truly discontinued, why is it still on the project screen?  Any suggestions?  By the way, this is for AX 2012 R3 CU8.  I am 98% sure that if I open a ticket with MS, they will basically tell me to upgrade to the latest CU (12) kernel update but I wanted to give the client more info...

    Yes, it still shows up on LCS, but processing will not commence due to technical design limitations for new Azure components, this tool is discontinued. Refer to the announcement:

    blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../lcs-crash-and-hang-analysis-discontinued

    They will do the crash dump analysis for you if you raise a support incident, and will provide suggestions based on the outcome, whether it is your code, or a known issue which was already fixed by a later kernel update.
